helpful staff central location cat urine smell pillow shortage
the staff were helpful. the location was central with easy access to restaurants. the pools were clean and well maintained. i found it convenient to have stores nearby.
the room smelled of cat urine it was awful. i requested more pillows but was denied.

Decent stay with minor issues

The breakfast had a good selection. It included fruit, pastries, yogurt, and cheese. There was also ham, a full English breakfast, toast, rolls, juices, tea, coffee, and cereals. Room facilities included a hot ring, kettle, toaster, and fridge. Air conditioning worked well.
I found the cleanliness to be lacking. Mirrors and surfaces in our room were smeary. We had a toaster, but no plates were provided. Soap was missing in the bathroom.

The pool area was clean and well kept. I found the location convenient with easy access to nearby shops. The apartment was spacious (it was a Standard Studio).
The breakfast was repetitive, with the same options every morning. The noise level at night was high because of other guests. The parking situation was not ideal. I parked on a public road.
